Manistee and Ludington Real Estate Forecast??
According to an article I read on Realtor.com, there are positive signs that the market is starting to stabilize in some parts of the county. Statistics show that inventory is down, the number of foreclosed homes had declined slightly, and the median sales price it holding its own.
Locally, the number of properties on the market has dropped 10.8% in the past 15 months (less competition for your property!), and closed sales are up 9.9% in the past 15 months. I remain optimistic that the current market conditions will continue to improve.

About Jackie Clark
Hello! My name is Jackie Clark and I am a real estate agent in the Manistee and Ludington areas of western Michigan. I received my real estate license in 2004 after my husband Mark and I moved to the area from Northwest Ohio.
For several years, we had vacationed in the Manistee and Ludington areas with our family and we loved all it has to offer. We like to fish, hunt, walk on the beach, explore the woods, kayak the rivers & lakes, and golf the many picturesque golf courses in the area. Every vacation would be spent looking at properties to purchase in the Manistee and Ludington areas. We finally settled on what we consider to be the perfect spot in the middle of the Manistee-Huron National Forest.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working in the real estate field. I am a self-motivated go-getter, dedicated to customer service, who has enjoyed mastering the area market, and have launched a sucessful real estate business in this area. I would love to speak with you about the many great real estate opportunities in the Manistee, Ludington and the surrounding areas.
