The First Time Home Buyer's Tax Credit was due to expire on November 30th, but has been extended and expanded.

In an effort to stimulate housing sales, President Obama signed a law that extends through spring of 2010 - the existing Up-to $8,000 First Time Home Buyer's tax credit and also expands a new tax credit for up to $6,500 for repeat home buyers.

Children waiting patiently for Santa to make his appearance in the parade, along with the 70+ ft decorated Christmas tree that will grace the streets through the Chistmas season.
