Market Analysis


It is important in today's market that your home or property is priced at "current market value" which is primarily based on what other comparable homes, homes like yours, have sold for in your area. To assist you in determining the correct asking price we provide you with a comprehensive market analysis of comparable properties that have recently sold as well as what is currently listed.

We have listed and sold single family homes, rental properties, commercial properties, vacant land parcels, and waterfront/vacation homes. Let us work for you to get your property sold.

THE SELLING PROCESS


 


Selling your home is an involved process that effects your family and your future.  Before you begin this process, you'll want to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information.  When should you sell?  How do you get the best price? We will provide you with a Marketing Plan that will go into detail on what the Team 2 Trust will do to market your home and get it sold!  We can also provide you with a net proceeds analysis that will give you an estimate of what your costs will be as a seller and an approximation as to what you will make from the sale of your home.

As a seller you are required to provide title insurance, pay a state transfer tax, pay the commission, and a proration of your real estate taxes. Call us and we can explain what each item is and why it is required as the seller.

We hold the Certified Home Specialist Certification and are aware of the challenges in today's market. We can provide you with helpful staging techniques to set your home apart from the competition as well as provide you with information and helpful hints that are useful to every seller regardless of your situation in order to put your home in the front of your competition.
